1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiveAgents at liveagents.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.

2. Description of Service

LiveAgents is a unified messaging and CRM platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service allows you to connect messaging channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business), manage conversations in a single inbox, utilize AI-powered response drafting, and manage leads through a CRM pipeline.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connected Channels & Third-Party Platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp accounts to LiveAgents:

  • You authorize us to access and manage messages on your behalf through official Meta APIs.
  • You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect the business accounts.
  • We are not responsible for downtime or changes to third-party APIs.

5. AI Features

LiveAgents provides AI-powered features including auto-drafted responses and lead scoring. By using these features:

  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-drafted messages before they are sent.
  • If you enable auto-send, you accept full responsibility for automatically sent messages.
  • AI responses improve based on your feedback and corrections, scoped to your organization only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to send messages that violate Meta's policies
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service, including messages, contacts, and CRM data. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveAgents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
