How to Delete Your Data

LiveAgents respects your right to control your data. If you connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account to LiveAgents and want your data deleted, you can do so in the following ways:

Option 1: Delete from LiveAgents Settings

  1. Log in to your LiveAgents account at liveagents.io
  2. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  3. Under the Danger Zone section, click Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion — this will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including messages, contacts, connected channel tokens, AI training data, and CRM leads

Option 2: Disconnect a Specific Channel

  1. Log in to your LiveAgents account
  2. Go to Channels from the sidebar
  3. Click the disconnect button next to the channel you want to remove
  4. This will revoke our access to that platform and delete the associated messages and tokens

Option 3: Remove from Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations
  2. Find LiveAgents in the list
  3. Click Remove — this will revoke our access to your Facebook data
  4. We will automatically delete your stored Facebook data within 30 days of revocation

Option 4: Email Request

If you are unable to access your account or prefer manual assistance, send a data deletion request to info@updigital.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • Your email address associated with the account
  • Your organization name (if applicable)
  • Whether you want a full account deletion or specific channel data removal

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Gets Deleted

When you request full account deletion, we remove:

  • Your user account and authentication data
  • Organization and team member data
  • All connected channel tokens and credentials
  • All messages stored in your inbox
  • Contacts and conversation history
  • CRM pipeline data and leads
  • AI persona settings, guidelines, and training data
  • Billing information (Stripe retains minimal records as required by law)
